I have an excellent memory. No one believes me, but I remember getting my diapers changed when I was only a few months old, and how my mom used to play games with my toes when she did it. I remember learning to walk the conscious effort it took to place one foot in front of the other and not fall. I can never read the same book or watch the same movie twice its too boring I remember each word before it comes out. I remember the names and faces of every kid I ever went to school with and there are hundreds of them because I changed schools almost every year. I speak languages because I only need to hear a word once to remember it. To me that is normal when I hear people who say they CANT remember things like that, I wonder how it is possible.

Going from being a knock out to hearing everyone from my parents to friends tell me that Im fat is torture enough. Depression can completely take a toll on your life and your weight. brbrWith me, I found that no diets really worked. As committed as I have been to diets, they are just not for me. brbrHere is what has been working for me BABY STEPS.brbrI started off slowly with everything. Letting go of soda and incorporating more water. I now only drink one glass or can of soda per week. I drink so much more water and once your body adapts to it it wont even want much soda. brbrNow if I want junk food Ill have only a little bit. Maybe a few potato chips rather than an entire snack bag of it. brA little bit of pasta along with a huge salad if you squeeze lemon over it to me it tastes better than dressing.brbrIll make it a point to exercise more often through the week.brbrAs a result my waistline and tummy have actually shrunk. brbrSo point being that dont go on crash diets or make a lifestyle change within a week or overnight. I smoked since i was years old years later I have quit. My senses have come back to me slowly. I feel a lot better now. Clearer about things, enjoying life without being in a haze all the time. I think I will recover.

Im having an issue with me new surround sound system?
its all correctly installed i read the instructions after i put it in just to be sure. my problem is that only the center speaker and the subwoofer can be heard easily. the other speakers are almost mute. i have the surround for my xbox note the game ive been testing it with is GTA San Andreas, if that helps.

At the very least, you want a composite connection red, white, yellow, and even better would be to use the Xboxs digital audio connection if your receiver has a digital input. A composite connection will allow you to decode a prologic signal which will give you some depth to your listening experience but a digital connection will allow you to decode Dolby Digital . or DTS which is totally separate channels plus a discrete sub channel.
