Do you bite your nails?

At the age of or I was a nail biter.br Probably at that same age and probably at the insistance of my father I knew I had to quit it.br I devised my own little way of doing that.br Any time I caught myself doing the nail bitting I would bit into the tender part of my finger nail of the fingernail I was chewing as hard as I could stand. . eventually I quit bitting my nails and life seemed better for having done so.br As an adult at I am glad I did as through the years I have discovered alot of things that can grow under your finger nails that you DO NOT want to get into your system....pinworms being one of them. OH BOY!br If you are a nail biter,it is probably a good idea to try and stop and if need be buy some of the products you can find at some place like WalMart or your local pharmacy
