Im having an issue with me new surround sound system?
its all correctly installed i read the instructions after i put it in just to be sure. my problem is that only the center speaker and the subwoofer can be heard easily. the other speakers are almost mute. i have the surround for my xbox note the game ive been testing it with is GTA San Andreas, if that helps.

DONT BUY MONSTER CABLE! Its mad expensive and you wont hear a difference on a low end home theater. How do you have the Xbox integrated into the system? If you are using an RF modulator box that makes it so you can plug your console into the back of your TV using coax, you will only get a mono signal, which will only come out of the center and sub channels. At the very least, you want a composite connection red, white, yellow, and even better would be to use the Xboxs digital audio connection if your receiver has a digital input. A composite connection will allow you to decode a prologic signal which will give you some depth to your listening experience but a digital connection will allow you to decode Dolby Digital . or DTS which is totally separate channels plus a discrete sub channel.
